What do I need to get started?

First things first, you need a PDF of your print catalog. Next you need to upload that PDF to the platform to create an online catalog.

Then, depending on your goals, assets and time, you have the whole iPaper platform to really get creative.

You can add videos, CTAs, icons, GIFs and more in our enrichment editor. You just need to make sure you have all your assets ready to upload.

If you ever have any questions, get stuck or simply want advice, that awesome customer care team I mentioned is ready to help you with anything and everything. So, don't panic, you're in safe hands!

How long does it take to create an online catalog?

Your goals and commitment will determine the amount of time it takes to create a finished online catalog. 

If you simply want to create a small online catalog with a few products links and you have all the assets ready, then your online catalog could be ready to go live in a matter of hours.

If you want to use our enrichment automation feature then the setup will take a little longer. You'll need to talk to our customer care team about how your online catalog should look and what you need the automation set up to look like. Then, it will take roughly 14 days for your catalog to be ready to publish.

Is support included in the price?
