What is Customer Care at iPaper?

We believe in the idea of “support-driven growth”. Our priority is building successful long-term relationships with our customers and putting their success at the center of our operations.

Our Customer Care team is comprised of brilliant minds who are passionate about turning support into an experience of empathy, accuracy and efficiency (and the occasional cat GIF).

While we are doing great things for the iPaper experience already (NPS: 78+), ambition drives us to want to be and do even more for our customers. It’s time to split support and success to sharpen our focus. This is where you come in!

What is the job?

Our customers are central to our business and we’re looking for a customer success superstar who can own the entire post-sales relationship, including onboarding, ongoing retention and upselling. Through ‘get-to-know-you’ calls, email conversations and webinars with new customers, you’ll build strong relationships that persist through (and lengthen) the lifecycle of the customer.

You will assist in building up and managing the Customer Success function from scratch, developing it into an efficient experience and revenue generator. This is a unique opportunity and one for you to really make your own. Success and care are at the heart of this role, and this should motivate you to deliver every day!

Responsibilities:

  • Own the post-sales customer journey
  • Drive adoption: Onboard new customers and follow-up to ensure best-practices are employed
  • Drive retention and growth
  • Plan your own day, structuring outreaches and executing business reviews
  • Identify (geo)cross-sell opportunities to share with the Sales team
  • Identify segmented customer challenges and help Marketing design one-to-many campaigns to address
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as iPaper advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)

The position is backed by Sales, Marketing & Support who will all help you succeed.

Who are you?

Driven, enthusiastic, ambitious, confident, proactive, digital native.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Experienced in working with SaaS platform(s) as support, success, sales or project management.
  • Experienced with or knowledgeable of challenges businesses face.
  • Experienced with e-commerce and online marketing channels.
  • Experienced working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers.
  • Strategic - Able to uncover desired business outcomes and plan for achieving them.
  • Flexible - Able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change as we build the function.
  • Fluent in both Danish and English—spoken as well as written.
    Ability to communicate in other languages is an advantage—SE & NO especially.
  • An outstanding communicator and an articulate, fluid conversationalist with a proven ability to communicate at all levels within an organization (C-level and down).
