No. At iPaper you only pay the monthly or annual price of your selected plan and add-ons. There are no additional starting fees.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. You can cancel up to the last day of your current billing cycle. To cancel your account, send us an email at invoice@ipaper.io mentioning your account name and that you'd like to cancel your iPaper plan. We'll get back to you with a confirmation and the practicalities regarding your cancellation as soon as possible.

Is there a limit to customer support?
No. iPaper provides both support and access to our insights and expertise to customers. This is included in every package. We don’t work with hourly rates or any other limitations.
