Full Stack Developer for our growth and marketing team

We are shooting for the stars. We are expanding our markets. We are sharpening our focus. This means lots of experiments are ahead of us. This is where you come in.

We are pretty good at getting effective inbound marketing campaigns off the ground. But, as we are highly ambitious, we are often slowed down when we meet a technical barrier. As our existing development team is working on product improvements and new inventions, we are looking to add a full-time developer to our growth marketing team.

Growth projects go a long way at iPaper. In fact, you will have the opportunity to impact our entire business.

This is an opportunity to work creatively and independently from our development team. Yet you are not alone, you will have the full support and review resources available when necessary. Your day to day tasks will focus on our development activities within marketing. Initially you will focus on front-end tasks. With time, you will also work on keeping our marketing tools in sync as well as supporting various back-end projects.

We recognize that you may not be an expert data scientist. Yet, we would appreciate if your curiosity has led you to experiment with sourcing the right data from many data locations and formats. Surfacing valuable insights from our data is a core part of our future decisions.

You will work with our Head of Customer Journeys and our CMO to evolve and integrate our customer experience journeys and marketing stack tools. As a team, we strive to help new and existing customers discover how iPaper can help bring value to their business.

This position reports to our CMO.

key skills

  • Fluent in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript
  • Comfortable using ASP.NET and C#
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Open towards learning new technologies singlehandedly – being a growth oriented team, we’ll often be experimenting with new tools

key responsibilities

  • Maintaining and expanding our existing marketing stack: website, Intercom, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and more.
  • Building new functionalities across our website. Improving the mobile experience. Aspiring to helping us deliver the fastest website within our industry.
  • Ensuring a seamless sharing of data across all relevant platforms. (Via REST API, nightly synchronizations, webhooks etc.)
  • Implementing the required data analytics tools across the entire user journey (advert to active user)
  • Reduce friction for our new and existing users. Bridging the gap between user signup and user activation and on-boarding
  • Building new tools which can help us sell more
  • Listen for friction within and between various teams, processes and tools. Like eliminating redundant tools, speeding up our customers signup experience etc. Then provide a solution.
  • Use existing tools and technologies where possible
  • Build, maintain and improve internal applications to solve problems at hand. Tools like: data enrichment tool, quote/order generator tool, automated lead discovery using search engine automation and scraping tools, etc.

What we offer

  • A key role as part of a fast-growing company with global reach
  • A very thorough introduction and training in both product knowledge and the marketing tools we use.
  • Talented and ambitious colleagues
  • Close cooperation between Development, Customer Care, Marketing and Sales
