We are looking for a data driven superstar to join the iPaper Growth team in Århus, as our Digital Marketing Specialist (a.k.a. Acquisition Hero). 

We imagine that you are passionate about performance marketing. That you might be looking for an opportunity to join a crew of equally passionate peers. If so, keep reading!

You will be responsible for driving new customer growth through paid channels. Deploying and optimising campaigns across all relevant digital marketing channels. With a daily focus on optimizing acquisition metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI by channel and media campaign.

This is not your everyday "agency work day". Your contribution will impact a large part of our customer journey. From generating top of funnel demand to retargeting semi-adopted trial user segments. As a SaaS company, we are in the fortunate position to offer a customer journey that is truly digital - from advert to daily active user. This offers valuable insights into what drives and resonates with your customer audience. Hence you will have a chance to optimise your campaigns based on behavioural data sets. This means that your campaign activities don't end at the signup form. You can influence your acquired audience all the way through to platform adoption.

Also, you will assist our Content Marketer with amplification of our original content via paid channels. As well as analyse and advice on how we via SEO can secure a solid precedes across our most relevant topics. 

You will work with our Head of Customer Journeys, our Content Marketer, our Inbound Sales Specialist and our CMO. As a team, we strive help new and existing customers discover how iPaper can help bring value to their business.

This position reports to our Head of Customer Journeys.

key skills

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in performance based digital marketing 
  • Your main experience and expertise is in paid social and SEM i.e. Facebook Ads and Google Adwords 
  • You're knowledgeable in Facebook algorithms, ranking factors and search engine algorithms. 
  • You feel at home in analytical and reporting tools data - Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, AdWords, Google Analytics. You can perform in-depth analysis using core marketing metrics
  • Strong knowledge in paid traffic channels such as Google Adwords and Facebook.
  • Experience with audience based paid marketing.
  • Light graphics/visuals editing and a general “visual flair” is a bonus (for creative ad format tweaking).
  • Copywriting for digital media campaigns and brand marketing experience 
  • Very strong English written communication skills is a requirement
  • Strong understanding of b2b communication. Strong understanding of how SaaS works
  • A sound understanding of SEO and how our owned content plays by the do’s and don’ts
  • Experience with multi-channel attribution, campaign optimizations across media platforms/networks

key responsibilities

  • Own paid channel customer acquisition programs from strategy to execution. Including prospecting and retargeting campaigns on a variety of performance media channels
  • Collaborate with your Growth Team colleagues on a holistic strategy for growing our global customer base
  • Manage and execute all aspects of paid campaigns delivering on lead and customer growth, including spend, keyword strategy, A/B testing & ad copy, audience targeting
  • QA ad creative (copy, format, translation) to ensure error free deployment of a compelling ad creative that will resonate with prospective customers in key international markets
  • Acts as a key stakeholder in regard to analytics and attribution of paid acquisition investments
  • Collaborate with our Head of Customer Journeys to drive website conversion rate optimization
  • Build, optimize and scale effective paid traffic campaigns to drive growth
  • Identify and test new innovative and growth opportunities within the channel to deliver on CPA/CAC/LTV Goals
  • Monitoring campaign performance across multiple campaigns and platforms 
  • Assist our Content Marketer with amplification of our original content via paid channels
